Rita Barrera–Certified Optician

I’m Rita Barrera, a Napa native, I have almost 30 years experience in the optical industry. I was certified through the American Board of Optometry and I have managed optical shops and continued my education in optics and in optical fashion throughout the years. In addition, I’m bilingual in English and Spanish. I believe it’s important to pay attention to detail and fitting every customer to their individual needs. Glasses are one of your most important accessories and they are an extension of your personality.

Early on, my dream was always to have my own optical boutique. I was delighted when that dream came true in Sonoma, where I can bring my expertise in the optical industry and my fashion sense to a community that loves what we do.

When I’m not at Rika Optique I enjoy spending time with my family and enjoy traveling and spending time at the beach!
